i'm happy to say i'm going to be "bloggysitting" over at the wonderful blog, simple blueprint, on monday. joanna asked me to guest post while she is out of town, and i couldn't be more thrilled. i admire her blog, her artistic eye, her design and her person very much, so i consider it an honor to fill in for her while she's gone.
even though she is out of town, she still has some of her own posts scheduled between now and when she gets back. and there will be another guest post on tuesday from lexi at love. obsess. inspire.—another beautiful blog.
both of these blogs are somewhat new, but they are both already in {what i consider to be} a league of excellence. i could only hope my blog evolves to this kind of beautiful, clean, easy-to-read, packed-full-of-eye-candy and inspirational sort of blog. you know how it is, don't you? do you ever go to a new blog and your jaw just drops because it's so easy on the eyes and incredibly interesting . . . and you just think, "how do they do it?" {but i have to remember to be myself, i know.}
i'm digressing . . . the point is, go visit both these blogs! they are good ones. and i hope you'll stop by to see my guest post on monday. {i'll also put up a reminder here when the day comes.}
as far as my weekend goes, i'll be sort of absent here at jorjah-b {except for a post tomorrow that is related to the picture above}. i have so much setting-up-shop to do . . . pictures to take and upload, research about how shipping costs work . . . but it's all exciting to me, and i look forward to every bit of work involved.
what about you? what plans do you have for the weekend?

Sounds like a busy weekend ahead - I'm trying to get lots done too!
oh, you'll have fun setting up your new etsy shop. just like a blog, i'm sure there are tons of fun things you can do as far as designing it etc. can't wait to see what new items you are adding. :) as for me this weekend...i'm working sat. then sat. night we are participating in an outdoor tasting in the town next to mine, (i'm a bit worried about keeping my chocolate from melting since it's outside...yikes) and then sunday we are off to the beach, no interruptions, a few magazines, great food, conversations, actually noticing each other! you know? those sundays make up for busy weeks, i love them. have fun!
I've found the post office does as good a job as anyone on the shipping. I hope you're excited about all the new activity and just having the best time. Can't wait to check these out. Don't forget to post the link backs on your blog too.
I definitely need to check out these blogs... thanks for the links! Hope your weekend isn't filled with too much work (I'll actually be doing the same sort of thing here myself!)
I'm with you. I wish I had more time to spend making my blog what I would REALLY like it to be (easy to read, beautiful, inspring, etc) but there just aren't enough hours in my day!
Sounds like you have a busy weekend ahead of you! My mom's coming to visit so we'll be painting. Have you been to the new blog yet? It's

Stop by!
i totally know what you mean about the eye dropping blogs that grab your attention....
for me...it's always always always the most simple blogs that catch my breath...
and what....what are you posting about tomorrow...hmmmm...
and to be loving your "work" is what makes life so sweet...go georgia etsy shop, go !
I took a break from my break today, and discovered you'd stopped by. Your words, your Ebenezer story, have blessed my heart. Perhaps your shop - once it's all set up - will become an Ebenezer of sorts for you?
